We run 4 casting & molding lines depending on the dimension of casting and weight. We utilize two green sand molding lines, one Pep Set line, and a floor molding line for large castings up to 5000 lbs. Here is a brief description of our lines: 

Green Sand Lines: These lines are Semi-automatic molding lines, using: 

• 30”x30”x12” flasks to produce castings up to 150 lbs  
• 42”x44”x16” flasks to produce castings up to 300 lbs. 

Pep Set Line (also known as no-bake) 

This line is a Semi-automatic molding line, using flasks that can vary in size from 30”x 30” up to 64”x 64” to produce castings up to 1400 lbs. 

Floor Mold Line 

This line is a manual molding line in the floor, using the no-bake system and flasks up to 110”x 110”x 36”/36”, to produce castings up to 5000 lbs.
